MPA Track Days: Where Formula 4 Talent Is Born

Training the drivers of the future is not just about providing a competitive car: it means building solid technical and mental foundations to take on a professional career in motorsport. With this aim, Motorsport Performance Academy (MPA) regularly organises track days dedicated to young Formula 4 talent — a unique opportunity to turn a passion for speed into real, tangible progress.

The sessions take place at selected circuits, where young drivers face real racing situations, guided every step of the way by professional technicians, instructors and engineers. Each day is structured to combine theory, physical preparation and telemetry, without neglecting the psychological side and the analytical skills every driver needs to develop.

On track, the emphasis is on progressive improvement: from managing engine braking to racing lines, through to controlling aerodynamic loads and set-up. The data gathered by the acquisition systems is then analysed together with the technical team, to refine driving technique and understand how to improve lap after lap.

But it is not only about speed. MPA days are a genuine school in a professional approach to motorsport, where young drivers learn to work with the team, interpret radio communication, take part in sessions with clear objectives and critically analyse their own performance.

In a highly technical yet educational environment, every participant absorbs the mindset of a professional driver, acquiring the tools needed to move from simple passion to a career in the sport.

Motorsport Performance Academy thus continues to invest in the growth of new generations of drivers, placing training at the heart of modern motorsport: skill, method and determination to progress from karting to Formula 4 championships and beyond.
