On 19 September Aerofest returned: the event organised by Pit Stop & Drink that brings the automotive world and aviation together. For its second edition, at the ICP airfield, supercars, drift cars, classic cars and aircraft shared the same ground for a full day of test drives, flights and activities.
I covered the event as media service, telling the story of the day in photos and film: from the details of the supercars lined up on the apron to the low passes of the ultralight aircraft over the runway.
What was on at Aerofest 2026
Night Kids with their Drift Taxi, giving the public a taste of drifting from the passenger seat.
Dune buggies and quads displayed by Roberto Febbraro.
Luca Car Detailing, with a driving simulator and car care for the vehicles on site using Gyeon products.
Casa UGI, with three cars from the Amici 500 Torino Club Italia framing the stand.
Roba Fresca, with its own corner and a branded Dodge Challenger SRT.
Two worlds, one set
Shooting an event like this means constantly changing pace: slow shutter speeds and panning for cars on the move, very fast speeds to freeze a propeller, soft late-afternoon light for the lines of the supercars. The gallery collects a selection of shots from the day.
Thanks to Pit Stop & Drink for the organisation and to everyone who took part and made this second edition even more special.
